- Post videos to YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, lsir.com, MLS, and submit for inclusion on SIR’s YouTube channel and homepage and email a video link to you
- Syndicate property to top real estate websites including New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Zillow, Trulia, and Mansion Global (if your home is listed over $1,000,000)
- Syndicate property to Sotheby’s International Realty’s Apple TV app
- Create a professionally printed custom property brochure
- Send links to you showing your property on lsir.com, sir.com, nytimes.com, zillow.com, trulia.com and realtor.com
- Sign installed in yard
- Set up online traffic reporting to be delivered to you on a semi-monthly basis
- Prepare and host a Broker’s Open, inviting all interested agents to preview the home with food and beverages, if desired
- Introduce your home to our agents on-screen in our weekly sales meeting
- Host an office caravan to get feedback from other LSIR agents, if desired
- Host an Open House for the public, if desired
- Host an Agent Open House for the top Realtors in Louisville, if desired
- Display property on office eGallery
- Provide regular updates on the sales or new listings of comparable homes in the area

- Inclusion in advertisements in our print media partners: Business First, Sophisticated Living, The Voice-Tribune
- Our Marketing Department will notify you when your house is featured in print advertising
- Professional representation at every showing
- Possible feature as the “Extraordinary Property of the Week” on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google+
- Possible feature on Sotheby’s International Realty’s YouTube channel (with over 184,000 subscribers) and/or sir.com homepage or social media channels
30 days after listing
- Schedule 30 day review to go over all the marketing, showings, activity and feedback from other agents
- Update Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to confirm price is accurate and review CMA with you
Price adjustments
If a price adjustment is needed any time during the listing agreement:
- Notify all showing agents of new price
- Schedule and hold a Broker’s Open and Open House, if desired
- Send e-blast to our extensive list of clients
As needed until accepted offer
- Send out online marketing pieces for your home
- Provide you with updates and showing feedback
- Qualify buyer calls as serious or curious
- Skillfully negotiate and represent you
- Personally present offer(s) to you
After accepted offer
- Submit all paperwork to office
- Provide you with copies of all signed documents
- Agent meets appraiser and inspectors
- Assist with financing, insurance, repairs and title work
One week after closing
- Check in with you
- Ask for feedback to improve service
- Ask for feedback on marketing plan
